Problems logging in or submitting entries

Q: What should I do if I encounter a problem at the Bejeweled Bonus Promotion web site?
A: Please go to the FEEDBACK page to let us know what problem you are experiencing. We will assist you via return email. The more details you can provide about your problem, the better chance we will have of quickly resolving the problem.

Q: When I try to submit my Bejeweled Bonus Code number I get transferred back to the log-in page. Why is this happening?
A: Some firewalls or security settings on your PC may prevent you from logging in successfully. For example, your PC setting must be enabled to receive cookies. There have also been occasions where having too many windows applications open will interfere with the log-in. For assistance use the FEEDBACK page to let us know what problem you are having and any error messages you are seeing on your PC, and we'll be happy to provide technical assistance.

Q: I tried to submit a Bejeweled Bonus Code number and got a message that the ticket has already been entered. How can that be if I have the ticket in my hand, and what should I do?
A:
As to how it can happen, occasionally a player will inadvertently make a typing mistake when submitting their entry, and won't double-check to make sure the number has been entered correctly. As to what to do: First, check your list of previously submitted entries at the bottom of the page where you submit your entries to make sure that the Bejeweled Bonus Code number has not already been entered by you. If it is not on your list of entries, use the FEEDBACK page email to notify us as soon as possible. Please include any Bejeweled Bonus Code number for which you received the "already been entered" message, and we will advise you of next steps to ensure that you will be able to use that ticket or a replacement for the drawings.

A: Log in to the Bejeweled Bonus Promotion website (/bonus/) with your existing email address and password. Click on the My Info tab, update your profile information and click UPDATE.

Q: I have changed my email address. Can I change it in my registration information?
A: Log in to the Bejeweled Bonus Promotion website (/bonus/) with your existing email address and password. Click on the My Info tab, update your profile information and click UPDATE.


Q: I just noticed that one of the tickets I submitted is actually a cash winner. What should I do?
A: Follow the instructions on the back side of the Bejeweled ticket to redeem a winning ticket.

Questions about entries and tickets

Q: If I enter my Bejeweled Bonus Code number and do not win a free PopCap game, can I enter Bejeweled Bonus Tournament?
A: Yes. Every Bejeweled Bonus Code number will provide you with three game credits. You can play one round of the Bejeweled Tournament for each credit.

Q: Can I play in the Bejeweled Bonus tournament more than once?
A:
YES! You may play as many times as you wish, however, each play requires one game credit. You receive three game credits for each Bejeweled Bonus Code you enter.


Q: I have tickets that I can't remember whether or not I have entered the Bonus Code. How can I see what Bonus Code numbers I have entered?
A:
Each time you submit a Bonus Code, a record of your entry appears on the ENTER YOUR BONUS CODE screen, just below the area where you submitted the entry. All of your entries appear on that list for your information and reference, so you can check the list against the tickets you are holding.


Q: I live out of state. Am I eligible to enter the Bejeweled Bonus Tournament?
A:
Yes. There are no restrictions for out-of-state players. Anyone who is otherwise eligible to purchase lottery tickets is eligible to participate in the tournament.

Q: When can I discard the tickets I entered?
A:
After you have entered your Bonus Code and you receive a message of whether you have won a free PopCap game or not, and you are certain you have a non-winning Bejeweled Bonus lottery ticket, you may discard the tickets.

Q: How do I find out if I have been selected as a winner of a PopCap downloadable game?
A:
After you have entered your Bonus Code you will receive a message instantly of whether you have won or not won a free PopCap game. If you do win a free downloadable PopCap game an email will be sent to the email address you used to register providing you with download instructions.


Q: I received a “Congratulations You Won” message after entering my Bonus Code but have not received an email with download instructions. What should I do?
A:
Be sure you are checking the email you used to register on the Bejeweled Bonus website. If you still do not see an email, please go to the FEEDBACK page to let us know what problem you are experiencing. The more details you can provide about your problem, the better chance we will have of quickly resolving the problem.

If you receive a “Congratulations You Won” message, an email will automatically be sent to the email address you used to register providing you with download instructions. You have until June 30, 2014 to download your free game.
